Soft tacos rock it out over those hard ones, without a doubt. It is possible that I feel this way due to my apparent inability to eat the hard ones without prematurely cracking them and spilling the filling everywhere, but I’d like to think it’s more than that

The prawn tacos and jicama slaw sound wonderful! I also love your shredded beef tacos, left over beef brisket would be great to use for them and you’d get 2 different meals out of one main ingredient!
