Parmesan puffs

Ingredients

Sheet of butter puff pastry

Grated parmesan

Paprika

Method

Pre-heat oven to 200.

Cut the pastry into circles about an inch to an inch and half in diameter.

Put a little spoonful of parmesan on each circle and then sprinkle with paprika.

Pop on a tray and into the oven for about 10minutes or until puffed up like little balls.

Great nibbly snack to have pre-dinner.
