Chobani Greek Yoghurt

Over the years I have fallen in and out of the habit of eating yoghurt.  I typically start including as a regular part of my diet because I know it is good for me and then it falls off because I find the flavours or textures all a bit ho hum.  So when I was recently asked if I would like to try some samples of a new yoghurt, I had to think about it before agreeing.

They happily sent some and I happily ate them.  When I finished the samples, I went out and bought more.  Here’s why:

Chobani Greek Yoghurt tastes good. I often find that low or no fat yoghurts have an odd texture or taste a bit thin.  Not these ones, which – according to the great pack of information that I also received – are also good for me.

Chobani comes in 7 flavours.  In the fat free range you can choose from plain, strawberry, blueberry or peach.  The low fat comes in mango, passionfruit and pineapple.  The peach and blueberry are my current favourites.
